Note: The following schedules are for the symposium ticket events and between Wolf Village and Sheraton Hotel, without additional charges. For any other transportation, please get assistance from the front desk of Sheraton Hotel or Wolf Village.

Duke Tour Bus

June 4 (Monday)

  • Departing Sheraton Hotel 5:10pm
  • First Stop - Duke Chapel (~ 20 minutes stay),
  • Second Stop - Duke Gardens, Departing Duke Gardens ~ 7:20 pm,
  • Third Stop - Chinese Restaurant, Departing Chinese Restaurant ~ 9:30 pm,
  • Fourth Stop - Sheraton Hotel,
  • Final Stop - Wolf Village

Chinese Dinner Van/Sedans

June 4 (Monday)

  • Departing Sheraton Hotel 6:00pm
  • First Stop - Chinese Restaurant for Dinner, Departing Chinese Restaurant ~ 8:30 pm,
  • Second Stop - Sheraton Hotel,
  • Final Stop - Wolf Village

Shuttle Vans Between Wolf Village and Sheraton Hotel:

June 3 (Sunday)

  • Departing Wolf Village 7:30 am, 8:00 am, & 6:00 pm
  • Departing Sheraton Hotel 6:30 pm & 9:00 pm (for mixer participants)
  • Anyone who needs a ride back to Wolf Village around 12 noon should inform the Symposium Registration Desk 30 minutes before 12 noon.

June 4 (Monday)

  • Departing Wolf Village 7:30 am, 8:00 am, & 6:00 pm
  • Departing Sheraton Hotel 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
  • Anyone who needs a ride back to Wolf Village around 12 noon should inform the Symposium Registration Desk 30 minutes before 12 noon.

June 5 (Tuesday)

  • Departing Wolf Village 7:30 am, 8:00 am, & 6:00 pm
  • Departing Sheraton Hotel 6:30 pm & 11:00 pm (for banquet and entertainment participants)
  • Anyone who needs a ride back to Wolf Village around 12 noon should inform the Symposium Registration Desk 30 minutes before 12 noon.

June 6 (Wednesday)

  • Departing Wolf Village 7:30 am & 8:00 am
