Registration
The ICSA 2007 Symposium Registration is managed by the Office of Professional Development at NC State University. The registration options are listed separately and you will be able to pick and choose among those options. After you finish selecting your options to register, you will be asked to provide personal and payment information.
The on-Line registration deadline is May 28, 2007. After that date, only on-site registration will be accepted.
Listed below are the registration options and associated fees for your preview. Symposium registration includes breakfast and coffee breaks on June 4, 5, & 6. Short Course registration includes breakfast (for the full-day and morning courses), lunch (for all courses), and coffee breaks on June 3. Discounts as posted are available for students with a valid student ID. ICSA membership renewal and Permanent Membership, as well as donations can be made at any time via www.icsa.org and also at the registration desk during June 3-6. Non-member symposium registrants will receive a one year membership and please complete the Membership Application Form available at www.icsa.org.

There are six short courses available to you, all are offered on June 3:

Accommodation
Please review the lodging options before you make this selection.
If you would like to stay in Wolf Village of NC State University: register for housing in Wolf Village. The lodging payment will be included as part of your overall registration fees.
If you would rather stay in the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, you need to make the reservation directly at the hotel's symposium registration website and you don't have to pay until you check out of the Hotel.
Banquet
A banquet dinner and guest lecture by Dr. James Goodnight will be held on the evening of Tuesday, June 5. The cost of this optional event ($35 for each adult and $15 for each child 15 years or younger) must be paid for separately for participants and guests. Banquet Registration
Excursions
Two optional excursions are planned for the evening of Monday, June 4.- Duke Chapel & Gardens tour plus Chinese Dinner 5:10PM-10:30PM ($45 for each adult and $25 for each child 15 years or younger). Register for Option 1
- Chinese Dinner only (bus departs at 6PM) ($30 for each adult and $15 for each child 15 years or younger). Register for Option 2
Please note: if you wish to attend the tour AND the dinner, register for option 1 only. Option 2 is available for those who want to attend the dinner only.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration, you may do so with a full refund prior to April 30, 2007 by contacting Aimee Hepler via email at aimee_hepler@ncsu.edu or by telephone at 919-513-2798. Cancellations received between April 30 and May 15, 2007 will receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2007.
