My research interests are Computational biology, bioinformatics, and cell signaling modeling using systems biology approach.
NSF Project:
Perform transcriptome analysis, quantify genes that are differentially expressed in responding to the perturbed lignin genes; perform transcriptome statistical analysis, identify the nodes (regulators and effectors) and relations between them, and construct gene regulatory networks.
