- Explanation: The data file contains
genotypes of 48 markers and phenotype of one trait (wing size index) for
701 recombinant inbred lines. The first line in the file is the names of
the 48 markers. The second line gives the linkage map of markers based on
the standard Drosophila map. Then follows the name (of each line),
genotypes (1 or 0 for two homozygotes) of markers and trait value for each
of 701 recombinant inbred lines.
