- Explanation: The data file contains
genotypes of 50 markers and phenotype of one trait (wing size index) for
519 recombinant inbred lines. The first line in the file is the names of
the 50 markers. The second line gives the linkage map of markers based on
the standard Drosophila map. Then follows genotypes (1 or 0 for the two
homozygotes) of markers and trait value for each of 519 recombinant inbred
lines.
