As the desire for ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) measurements of metabolites and xenobiotics continues to grow, so does the need for a high quality collision cross section (CCS) database with representative values from the scientific community. In this website, we are aggregating small molecule CCS values collected from numerous labs by drift tube IMS in nitrogen buffer gas. The CCS values are provided as a downloadable comprehensive database for all molecules, or if more targeted studies are desired, specific pathways of interest or subclases may be selected. Additionally, CCS values from individual labs or average values from all labs may be selected.
